I have created this FAQ page to help you when it comes to ordering a custom made bridal accessory from HCC. I hope it will be helpful.  Please ask about anything that isn't covered below. Please be specific.  If you say - "I'm confused" - or "your website is very hard to understand" -  I have no idea what the problem area is... What is the website all about?
This website has two functions:

  1. It's the portfolio for Victoria Joanne's Hand-Crafted Creations Name brand wedding accessories. (embroidered dress tags, ring pillows, flower baskets etc...)
  2. It's a great resource for all handcrafted creations by a variety of Artisans around the web.

 

 

How do I place an order?
You place orders for pillows, baskets, Dress tags etc... at the HCC custom order shop.

 

 

Why Don't you have "add to cart buttons" for all your creations?
I have created litterally 1000's of garters over the years.  The HCC site (hand-crafted creations.com) used to have hundreds shown on it.  My EXTENSIVE garter section grew so large that I created an exclusive portfolio to showcase them at www.CustomWeddingGarters.com.     ALL orders for garters from HCC are custom made and since the posibilities are nearly endless I have found that add to cart buttons for each creation doesn't work very well here.  But what I do have are add to cart buttons for each  STYLE.  This way after you fill out the custom order form you can pay for the "style" garter you want :)

Why is this site different than other online stores?
Because the majority of sites on the net don't cater to custom handcrafted orders. This website is basically a portfolio of the various work I have done over the years.  You will not find it to be like basic web sites on the internet.  Most have a number of pre-made products and then have add to cart buttons right next to them and then you can buy what you see.  But Hand-Crafted Creations with all it's examples are all just that... Examples - They are not pre-made and waiting to be shipped... so you can tweak and change any item design you see to be what you want.  If you want a camo ring pillow with a Pink ruffle - you could... EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM MADE FROM SCRATCH.  :)   It really isn't that confusing once you get into it. ;)

 

 

I want my Hand-Crafted Creation bridal accessory to be exactly like the picture -
is it custom made?

YES Your bridal accessory will be created from scratch just like every thing I create. Your order, whether it is totally different in color or, **exactly*** the same as the picture will be created from scratch just for you.  According to YOUR specifications - If your specs ask for it to be "just like the picture" I will cut the materials and create it just as you ask.  If your specs are for yours to be similar but with changes... I will cut the materials and create it just as you ask.  Everything ordered from Hand-Crafted Creations & Custom wedding garters is CUSTOM MADE By Victoria Joanne.  So simply put - if you are requesting a bridal accessory to be made according to any specifications what so ever - it is totally custom made just for you. 

 

 

How am I sure you know what I want?
by filling out the custom info in your shopping cart with as many details as needed.  If you want the item exactly like image - not much is needed in that area - but if you will be tweaking or mixing a few designs you will need to explain what you would like and then I will personally reply to your info form.  I will NEVER start work on an order that is questionable.  If there are details that are changed I will ALWAYS send you the details as I understand them and ask for you to let me know if any corrections are needed.  I am here to serve you and am dedicated to creating your bridal accessory to your specifications :)

 

 

How do I confirm my order with payment?
You can do it a few different ways...
1) The shopping cart for credit card and Paypal payments: Once you have filled out the details and added everything to your cart that you want, just click the check out button and follow the onscreen directions from that point.
2) Invoice for credit card & paypal payments:  If you aren't sure what to add to your cart - but would like to pay online,  I can send you a payment request for the total amount due for your order.  It will come in an email and you will be able to click on the link that will bring you to Paypal to send your payment. 
3) Postal mail-in payment: You are welcome to send either a Certified check or Money order for any regular order (Sorry, No rush order - mail in payments).  I will send you an invoice by email that you can print up, if you request it.

 

 

Can my order ship out ASAP?
YES -
if you need to place a rush order - and time permits me to add you to the schedule book, It could ship out the very next day if actually needed.  As long as it is shipping to the same address that is on file with your credit card company.  The shipping address must match up for security purposes (read below to find out more about this)

 

 

My order can't be processed & the payment was denied - Why?
It is actually for everyone's protection.  It is an internet security feature to cut down use of stolen credit card numbers. When you send payment over the internet - our payment processor (Paypal) has security checks that help to insure that credit cards are used by the correct person.  The shipping address is compared to the Credit card billing address on file with the card used.  If it matches up - the order can ship out any time, even the very next day if it was needed...  but if the address for shipping can't be verified - this puts a red flag on your payment.  We have adopted the policy of NOT processing any unverified (unconfirmed) address if it will need to ship less than 45 day credit cycle. So if your "needed by date" is less than 52 days away - it will have to ship to the address that is on file with your credit card company.

 

 

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes - but this is ONLY if you have over 45 days for the payment to clear though the credit cycle.    If you have a later "need by date" There is no problem because as long as the credit cycle goes through with no report of stolen credit cards I can ship your package to any address you want - 
It could ship to "Tin Buck Tuu"  if you really wanted that ;)
